ViewPoint is designed to provide a complete solution for statutory and financial management of companies and trusts. Comprising separate modules that are built around a shared central database, clients can choose to implement one module, while leaving the option open to add other modules at any time to meet specific needs.

The Company Administrator and Trust Administrator modules are a total information management solution. They automatically generate statutory forms and minutes and offer a comprehensive reporting functionality. They are sold separately or combined.


Revenue Manager is the Sales Ledger consisting of two modules, Billing and Time Disbursements. Together they form a total solution for businesses to accurately record fee earners’ time and related disbursements and recurring fees. Ad-hoc invoicing and batch processing can be done efficiently. The receipt and credit note functions provide regulated credit control. Profitability and cash flow forecasts give instant financial management figures on a periodic basis.

Client Accountant is designed specifically for businesses needing to produce accounts for their clients’ companies and trusts cost-effectively. The system is multi-currency, is easy to use, has customizable charts of accounts and has a very strong treasury function for the management of an unlimited number of entities and their bank accounts.


Document Manager is a fully integrated scanning, workflow and task management program with auto indexing capability. Intelligent search functions provide you with instant document retrieval. Each document you create in ViewPoint can be archived automatically or manually (by keying in relevant index information and/or selecting from drop down index criteria) to store it correctly.
