We have developed a structured methodology to evaluate requirements on a per-client basis and to deploy best-practice by jointly agreeing where gaps exist in the existing approach that can be addressed by a partnership with MCS. This process ultimately delivers a structured SLA to the client that can easily be reported against and measured on a Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Basis.
