MCS Project Managers assist clients in any situation where an experienced, flexible and senior person is needed to help meet short-term or medium-term requirements. An MCS Project Manager will either manage a team of MCS staff to ensure that the client’s project is completed successfully; or will work with the client team and run the project as though they were a member of your company.


Where the MCS Project Manager directs a team of MCS staff, they will act as the main point of contact between the client and the MCS team. The Project Manager will ensure that the client’s business requirements are met and that the project runs smoothly and is delivered successfully.


A good example of how the MCS Project Manager works directly for the client is in the installation of a new system. The Project Manager will manage a mixed team of employees, (comprising the client’s IT and business staff), and will also co-ordinate the activities of the vendor's staff, and any other third parties involved.
