Matthias is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has worked mainly in the private sector of IT as a Senior Administrator for the past 14 years. Joined MCS as an IT Consultant in 2016 where he takes on the day-to-day task of troubleshooting issues at multiple client sites and Managed Services system checks.

Equally comfortable providing support to SoHo users and SME's and corporate executives requiring a white glove VIP service.

Is particularly enthusiastic about the continual improvement of IT business services and ensuring that customers have a very positive and friendly experience with their support and training.
